Lauren and Jason first connected on Instagram in 2021 while Lauren was publishing her first book, and their journey together has been unconventional ever since (they wouldn’t have it any other way). Last year, Lauren and Jason made the decision to downsize from their house and officially bought Sam, their 2019 Ram Promaster. They’ve spent the last 10 months converting their van so they can travel with their two dogs, Miles and Potato, to live a life centered around what’s most important to them: freedom, nature, adventure, and family. Their end goal is to eventually find land to create an off-grid homestead. Lauren and Jason are both creatives, Lauren with a focus on writing and Jason with his passion for community. Together, they share their journey to inspire others to build a life of freedom and sustainability, and to encourage living fully and authentically — even when it means stepping outside the norms.
