If you are not completely satisfied with your MoonShade awning, please contact us here within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund. We can only accept your return with the tags still attached. For returns placed after 30 days, we offer store credit only.

Cancellations placed before your order has shipped will not be charged.
Holiday 2021 Return Policy (USA & Canada Only)
Orders placed between 11/1/2021 and 12/31/2021 are eligible for return for a full refund (less return shipping fee) to the original form of payment or via store credit through January 31, 2022. Returns made after January 31, 2022 will be eligible for store credit only. All returned items must be in new, unused condition with original tags to be eligible for return for a refund or store credit.
Please note: Depending on the reason for your return a small shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of shipping when you use the prepaid label provided via email. Any additional shipping costs that occur will also be deducted from your refund.
We do our best to process returns and exchanges within 7-10 business days. We greatly appreciate and thank you for your support of our new company!
Once you have your return label, please follow these steps:
- Print your return label provided via email.
- Pack your MoonShade and/or MoonAnchors inside a box, and include the original product packaging with accessories. Please make sure to add your proof of purchase inside the box.
- Tape your package up securely and attach the return shipping label to the front. Make sure all other shipping labels are removed or scratched out with dark marker. Another tip is to attach a piece of paper over the previous labels and affix the return label.
Once we receive your return, we will issue your refund or store credit. Refunds will take 7-10 business days to post to the original form of payment.
Note: We are unable to process returns outside of the United States or Canada.
