We bought our new 2024 nüCamp T@B 320 CS-S recently and needed an awning. The ones that are made for our trailer and use the keder rail are fairly expensive and they seem quite cavelike. The other major downside is that they don't cover the galley kitchen on the back of the trailer. I wasn't loving the options.
I wasn't sure how well the Moonshade system would work with our trailer due to it being a curved roofline. I also couldn't find great pictures of others who had gone with Moonshade systems.
Once I got the Moonshade set up, the first time, it was much easier to determine what the best permanent mounting system would be. The suction cups didn't work that well so I elected to use the adhesive aluminum anchors. I bought two sets so that I can mount in tow locations. I have one set on the kitchen door on the rear and use the included strut pole. I also have a set of anchors on the side with my entry door and this gives me ample coverage on that side. Changing from one location to the other is extremely easy and fast. I'm really glad that I went this route.
